Who we are
Tamraght Days ([legal company name]), Tamraght, Morocco, is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for guests from the European Union, the GDPR.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), email and Instagram handle.
- Booking details: dates, activities, group size, where to pick you up, and anything you tell us about health, level or diet so we can keep you safe.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you join the crew.
- Website data: basic, anonymous statistics about how pages are used. We don't use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To confirm and run your booking, arrange pick-up, and contact you about changes.
- To keep you safe during activities.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to run your activity: your guide and driver, and partners like stables or pilots when they're part of the day. They receive just what they need.
Messages go through WhatsApp, Instagram or email, which are run by their own providers under their own privacy policies. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for as long as needed for the booking and our accounting obligations, then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@tamraghtdays.com. You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP) or, in the EU, your local authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
